What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI and Machine Learning Engineer position at MeeBoss?
About the Company
We are a stealth-mode startup building the infrastructure enterprises use to run AI systems in production. Today, deploying AI inside large organizations is slow, brittle, and unreliable. We are building the platform that makes it work: secure, scalable, and built for real-world complexity. We focus on a handful of industries where we have deep expertise, allowing us to design systems that fit real workflows rather than theoretical ones. We are a small, technical team moving quickly.
About the Role
We are hiring a Staff Engineer to help adapt and deploy Stoke’s platform for enterprise customers across the verticals we know best. You will work directly with customers to build integrations, scale deployments, and shape Stoke’s technical roadmap based on real-world production needs. You will operate across the stack—frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems—and collaborate closely with product and customer teams. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will help define how enterprises operationalize AI at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build customer-specific integrations and workflows to deploy Stoke inside complex enterprise environments.
- Develop scalable, secure systems that meet real-world production standards.
- Build proof-of-concepts where necessary to validate new enterprise use cases.
- Work across the full stack to deliver end-to-end solutions (React, Node.js, Python, cloud infrastructure).
- Partner with PMs, designers, and customer teams to translate requirements into durable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Senior / Staff-level engineer with 4 years of experience and broad technical skills across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Experience building and deploying secure, scalable production systems.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and complex technical environments.
- Strong communicator who can translate domain-specific needs into practical technical architecture.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bellevue, WA.
Required Skills
- Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or productionizing AI infrastructure.
- Domain expertise in one of Stoke’s target industries (details shared during the interview process).
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (SSO, data governance, cloud platforms).
