Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through high-volume outreach, targeting 60–80 calls, emails, and social media contacts per day.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into active accounts through persistent and persuasive outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, tracking all activity and progress in an organized, disciplined manner.
- Meet or exceed an annual revenue target of $600,000 in originated billings.
- Develop a deep understanding of Medsurity’s service offerings and articulate their value compellingly to attorneys and legal professionals.
- Attend weekly team meetings and submit a daily end-of-day activity summary to executive staff.
- Remain consistently available and responsive via phone and email to both prospects and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in litigation support services, legal services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-activity, outbound sales environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present services persuasively.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined — able to manage a full pipeline independently in a remote setting without close supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Comfortable engaging with attorneys and legal professionals; able to speak credibly about complex service offerings.
- Resilient and goal-oriented, with a competitive drive and a long-term commitment to building a book of business.
