What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialty Pharmacy Technician position at medstar-stg?
Assists the Pharmacist(s) in all areas of pharmacy operations, including data entry, product dispensing, and packing of prescription orders in a high-volume fulfillment and / or call center environment on a multidisciplinary team. The position requires routine interaction with in clinic liaisons, pharmacists, and providers, as well as specialty pharmacy patients with complex medication needs requiring high touch care and follow up.
