A compassionate healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a warm, home-like assisted living setting in Morris, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to assisted living residents.
• Assess resident needs, monitor clinical conditions, and coordinate care plans.
• Communicate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary care partners.
• Support medication management, treatments, documentation, and care coordination.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage to ensure continuity of care.
• Help create a respectful, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Passion for long-term care, assisted living, hospice, respite, or home-care environments.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care.
• Previous assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or home-care experience is preferred.

Compensation

• $39.00–$48.00 per hour, based on experience
• Additional on-call and callback pay
• Flexible permanent schedule: 20–40 hours per week
• Daytime hours
