About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care services across skilled nursing facilities in the Central California region. While the ideal candidate would be available full-time to cover multiple locations, the client is open to all levels of availability—including part-time schedules or coverage of a single facility only. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking either a flexible part-time role or a consistent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct wound care rounds and provide treatments

Document patient encounters in NetHealth EMR

Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes

Travel between two nearby facilities (mileage reimbursed)
