Weekend Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Friday, Saturday Evening, and Sunday
Compensation: $105–$110 per hour
Position Type: Part-Time, Weekends

MedEase is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide weekend coverage at its Crown Heights location. This is an in-person position where the provider will conduct and manage telehealth patient visits.

We are looking for a reliable and clinically strong provider who can begin as soon as possible and consistently cover the full weekend schedule.

Schedule

• Friday: Start at 10:00 or 11:00 AM and work until sunset
• Saturday: After sunset until 12:00 AM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–11:00 PM or 12:00 PM–11:00 PM

Friday and Saturday hours may change slightly throughout the year based on seasonal sunset times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits from the Crown Heights office
• Evaluate patients and address routine and urgent medical concerns
• Obtain and review patient histories
• Develop appropriate treatment plans
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate
• Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams as needed
• Follow all applicable clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Available to work the complete Friday-through-Sunday schedule
• Comfortable conducting telehealth visits
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to begin as soon as possible
• Prior urgent care, primary care, or telehealth experience preferred
