Location: Cedarhurst, NY (Five Towns Area)
Salary: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

We are a fast-paced, well-respected pediatric office in the heart of Cedarhurst seeking a strong, reliable, and professional Medical Assistant who can also serve as a medical scribe. Position Details:
Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
Every other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.

• Assist providers during exams and procedures.

• Perform routine pediatric tests (vision, hearing, etc.).

• Administer vaccines and document accurately in the EMR.

• Provide real-time charting and documentation as a medical scribe.

• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens.

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms.

• Communicate clearly and warmly with patients and families.

Requirements:

• Prior Medical Assistant experience required (pediatrics preferred).

• Ability to work as a medical scribe (strong typing and documentation skills).

• Phlebotomy experience required.

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Professional, warm, and patient-centered communication.

• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) required.
