Evening Shift RN Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead and support the evening shift at a pediatric facility in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate brings sound clinical judgment, strong leadership skills, and nursing experience in pediatrics. NICU or PICU experience is a plus.

Salary: $140,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the evening shift.
Coordinate clinical operations to promote safe, high-quality care.
Provide clinical guidance and respond appropriately to changes in residents’ conditions.
Support care planning, accurate documentation, and effective communication among the care team.
Promote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Encourage teamwork and provide direction to staff as needed.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Nursing experience specifically in pediatrics; NICU or PICU experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
Previous supervisor experience preferred. Candidates without supervisor experience who have served as a charge nurse are encouraged to apply.
