Dialysis Nurse Manager

Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 per year

About the Role
The Dialysis Nurse Manager will be responsible for the overall clinical and operational management of the dialysis unit. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee staff, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Oversee daily operations of a 9-station dialysis unit, ensuring safe and efficient patient care
- Supervise, train, and support nursing staff while fostering a positive team environment
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and overall unit functionality
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and administrative reporting
- Active RN license in New York (required)
- Dialysis nursing experience required
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within dialysis
- Strong knowledge of dialysis protocols, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
