About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, bilingual professional to oversee and coordinate call center operations for a growing healthcare organization with multiple sites. This role works closely with a large overseas call center team while also maintaining strong on-the-ground alignment with local facilities across Long Island. The position is based in Brooklyn and includes occasional field travel.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day coordination between the overseas call center team and U.S.-based healthcare facilities

Manage and support remote teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and performance standards

Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems, workflows, and policies

Build and analyze reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track call volume, outcomes, and efficiency

Identify gaps in operations and proactively recommend process improvements

Travel to facilities across Long Island as needed to ensure operational alignment and gather feedback
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience creating reports and KPIs

Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams

Call center experience is a plus, but not required

Healthcare operations experience is required

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building systems from scratch
