- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members to ensure they meet company standards and deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee retail sales activities, including merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional marketing efforts to maximize revenue
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, inventory control, and purchasing processes to maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and proper sanitation standards across all treatment areas
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and provide personalized consultations to enhance client satisfaction
- Implement employee orientation programs and ongoing training initiatives to promote professional growth and team cohesion
Skills
- Strong management skills with proven experience in supervising teams within a retail or healthcare environment
