Position Summary
MedService Repair is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager – Inside Sales to serve as the primary commercial owner of an assigned geographic territory. This individual will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, driving new business development, and expanding adoption of the company’s full portfolio of products and services.
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys balancing relationship management with hunting for new business and is comfortable managing a territory through phone, email, video conferencing, and strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management & Revenue Growth
- Serve as the primary commercial owner for all accounts and prospects within assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and GI/endoscopy facilities.
- Grow wallet share within existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including biomedical/HTM teams, GI managers, materials management, purchasing, and administrators.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle including renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular outreach to maintain account engagement and identify upcoming customer needs.
Sales Process Management
- Prepare pricing, quotations, and proposals for customers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking within CRM/Salesforce.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all open opportunities, quotes, and leads.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of B2B sales, account management, or territory sales experience.
- Proven success in both new business development and account expansion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities independently.
Preferred
- Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare providers, HTM/biomedical departments, or clinical environments.
- Medical device, healthcare services, technical service, or industrial equipment sales experience.
- CRM/Salesforce proficiency.

We specialize in selling products and equipment used in endoscope procedures and distribute a broad line of disposable endoscope products as well, including filters, xenon lamps, biopsy forceps, and other supplies.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
