Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 for eligible CVOR-experienced candidates, paid over 24 months
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – CVOR to join the Open Heart Surgery Team at a leading hospital in Newark, Delaware.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN with cardiac open-heart surgery experience to join a collaborative surgical team focused on delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

Schedule
- Predominantly day shift, Monday–Friday
- Flexibility to work mid-shifts as needed
- Participation in open-heart surgical call rotation required
Key Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Previous cardiac open-heart surgery experience required
- BSN preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered if committed to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire
