MedRx Infusion Clinical Pharmacy is a fast-growing, patient-focused clinical pharmacy specializing in infusion services. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process and reconcile EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ensure accurate insurance payment posting
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and internal controls
• Work closely with leadership to support financial decision-making
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
• Assist with audits and year-end close processes

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, including EOBs and insurance reimbursement
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with healthcare systems such as CPR and CareTend (or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a clinical pharmacy, infusion center, or healthcare setting
• Advanced Excel or financial reporting skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
