Wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced medical group in Alhambra as a Full Charge Bookkeeper! We are looking for a dependable, independent, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities of this vital role include accounts payable and receivable, data entry, account reconciliation, assistance with payroll processing, and other financial related tasks. Attention to detail, accuracy, and extreme discretion a must. Accounting or bookkeeping background preferred but will train. Knowledge of payroll / accounting software a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail
- Accuracy in data entry and account management
- Organizational and time management skills
- 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred (training available)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with payroll/accounting software a plus
