Territory Sales Representative – Denver Area - (on the road)
MedRock Pharmacy | Dermatology Compounding Pharmacy
MedRock Pharmacy is a fast-growing compounding pharmacy specializing in
dermatology solutions. With established locations in Tampa, FL, and Chattanooga,
TN—and continued expansion across Texas—MedRock is seeking an experienced
Territory Sales Representative to lead growth across the Denver market.
This role is responsible for driving territory performance through strategic account
development, strong provider relationships, and consultative selling within the
dermatology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Growth & Account Management: Develop and execute a
comprehensive territory strategy to expand market share and drive consistent
prescription growth across the Denver area.
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and convert new dermatology and
healthcare accounts through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
efforts.
- Provider Education & Engagement: Conduct high-impact in-person and virtual
presentations showcasing MedRock’s dermatology compounding portfolio,
clinical solutions, and customized treatment options.
- Strategic Planning: Build and maintain target account lists, prioritize
opportunities, and outline growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and
product innovations; communicate insights and updates to providers in a value-
driven manner.
- Customer Experience & Retention: Serve as a trusted partner to providers by
addressing concerns, resolving issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to
ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Feedback & Optimization: Gather field insights and recommend enhancements
to product offerings, delivery methods, and services to improve outcomes and
customer experience.
- Territory Coverage: Travel regularly throughout the Denver metro area and
surrounding regions to support accounts, conduct meetings, and drive adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales experience considered
- Minimum 3 years of medical, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience
(dermatology experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to grow a territory, open new accounts, and manage high-value
provider relationships
- Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth
environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Denver territory
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year
- Bonus: Up to $18,000 annually (performance-based)
