Responsibilities
- Perform mammographic imaging procedures with precision and efficiency
- Ensure optimal patient positioning for high-quality images while prioritizing patient comfort
- Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients to alleviate concerns
- Screen patients for contraindications (e.g., pregnancy, implants) and obtain necessary medical history
- Accurately document and record imaging results in patient charts
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Certification: ARRT registered with Mammography registry; active state licensure (if required)
- Experience: Open to all levels - new grads welcome!
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge and excellent patient care.
