As the first point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience at our imaging center. This position is responsible for greeting patients and their families, ensuring they feel comfortable, and anticipating their needs throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Check patients in and verify necessary information for appointments.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Collect patient balances and financial responsibilities at the time of service.
- Perform general front desk duties, including administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to patient care.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 2 years of experience working in a customer support role or hospitality field
- Strong customer service background and focus
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a physician practice or other type of medical services office
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Prior patient collections experience in a medical setting
- Medical records experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
