In this role, you will…
- Process high-volume new business, renewals, and midterm adjustments into a mainframe, Oasis, OnBase or database with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Evaluate and process coverage verification requests.
- Review, assemble and issue policies and endorsements.
- Be accountable for administrative tasks, including but not limited to;scanning, indexing,documentation, mailing and faxing.
- Update standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for review by the Senior Manual Operations Associate (MOA) or Manager.
- Coordinate with Senior MOA to audit and train other Manual Operations team members as needed.
- Monitor daily reports/metrics and Induction pools per assigned business segment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; effectively learning new tasks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Success in a high volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, & regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, exercising good judgment in escalation to management.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Imaging. Experience with Oasis is a plus.
