This role reports to the Manager, HIT Projects. Duties and Responsibilities1. Supervise IT Compliance and Web Portal team members in all aspects of their roles. Perform mentoring, coaching, performance development, performance reviews.2. Develop, update, and maintain IT Compliance and Web Portal policies and procedures. Communicate policies with the teams and ensure understanding and adherence.3. Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting HIT Compliance. Monitor and assess the organization’s compliance with these requirements. Respond to health plan and regulatory audits. Monitor, assess, and develop response plans for audit findings and corrective action plans.4. Monitor performance of the Provider Web Portal and work with the Support team and Developers to ensure security and performance standards are met.5. Work with Web Portal team members and users to identify and prioritize web portal enhancements. 6. Facilitate Web Portal leadership meetings reviewing existing issues and future enhancements, driving resolutions to completion.7. Develop and deliver IT compliance training programs for team members. Foster a culture of compliance awareness throughout the organization.8. Manage IT Compliance audits ensuring timely and accurate completion.9. Maintain detailed records of IT Compliance activities, including audit findings, corrective actions, and preventative measures. Prepare and present regular reports on IT compliance status to management.10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance HIT team efficiency. Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.11. Other duties, as assigned Minimum Job Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience· Minimum 4 years in IT Management, supervising technical teams (analysts, developers, infrastructure, etc).· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.· Experience in IT compliance, risk management, help desk support, and/or a related role is preferredSkill and Abilities· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Excellent interpersonal skills· Experience in supervising Information Technology teams, including managing performance, mentoring, and resolving conflict.· Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards for Healthcare Information Technology
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
