We're hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing rehabilitation team and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site clinical position. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll deliver treatment to personal injury patients across the recovery spectrum, helping them rebuild strength, mobility, and function. It's a strong fit for a PTA who values teamwork, hands-on patient care, and a steady, structured clinical environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver treatment as outlined in the plan of care established by the supervising PT
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and modalities
- Track and document patient progress at each visit
- Communicate clinical observations and patient response to the supervising PT
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Alabama license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
- Strong hands-on clinical skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working efficiently in a structured, high-volume clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or personal injury rehab is a plus — but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
