We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site clinical provider position. You'll evaluate and manage personal injury patients from intake through recovery, working alongside physicians, physical therapists, and care coordinators. It's a strong fit for an NP who values clear documentation, structured workflows, and direct patient communication in a fast-paced clinical environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform initial and follow-up evaluations for personal injury patients
- Obtain and document comprehensive histories and physical examinations
- Assess musculoskeletal and injury-related conditions
- Review diagnostic imaging and integrate findings into clinical decision-making
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Prescribe medications, bracing, and ancillary services as clinically appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Alabama license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
- Current national certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Comfort working efficiently in a structured, high-volume clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Experience in orthopedics, pain management, urgent care, emergency medicine, or personal injury is a plus — but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
