• Perform concurrent reviews to ensure accurate and complete clinical documentation
• Collaborate with providers to clarify diagnoses, procedures, and severity of illness
• Identify documentation opportunities that impact quality metrics and reimbursement
• Utilize Iodine platform to drive workflow efficiency and compliant query practices
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support overall CDI program success
✅ Qualifications:
• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of concurrent CDI experience
• Hands-on experience with Iodine is required
• Strong knowledge of MS-DRGs, APR-DRGs, and clinical indicators
• CCDS or CDIP highly preferred
