Qualifications
- 5 years in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Responsible for coordinating the molding efforts on new program launches.
- Design and implement injection molding processes for new and existing products, including establishing robust and repeatable process parameters.
- Develop and implement scientific-based processes and generate documentation and controls to ensure efficient and optimal run consistency.
- Continuously improve manufacturing methods and processes, utilizing techniques like Design of Experiments (DOEs), lean manufacturing principles, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Analyzing manufacturing data, cycle times and production efficiency, and identify and resolve production issues and defects using root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure conformance to specifications and compliance.
