Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Infusion Nurse located in Birmingham, AL. The Infusion Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering home infusion therapies. They will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, monitor patient progress, and ensure adherence to prescribed treatments. The nurse will also educate patients and families about infusion therapies and manage critical care situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Nursing and Medicine skills
- Experience with Home Infusion and Direct Patient Care
- Critical Care Medicine skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid and active nursing license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Previous experience in infusion nursing is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred
