A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a nursing home in the East Stroudsburg, PA

Responsibilities:
- Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of PA
- Minimum of 6 months NP experience
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred

Schedule:
· Full time – Monday till Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000
