About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Account Representative to own onboarding and drive customer success at Cytd. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product, and AI strategy.
You’ll partner directly with clients to guide onboarding, simplify AI search concepts, and ensure they’re getting real value from the platform. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence both customer outcomes and product direction as companies adapt to AI-driven search.
What You’ll Do
- Own a smooth, high-impact onboarding experience from day one
- Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
- Simplify AI search and prompt optimization into clear, actionable strategies
- Monitor performance and proactively drive results and optimizations
- Partner with Product & Engineering to bring customer insights into the roadmap
- Identify opportunities for growth, retention, and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong communication and business acumen
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts (AI, data, APIs) simply
- Proven ability to onboard customers and drive adoption
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or search technologies
- Analytics, SEO, or digital product background
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
