Staffing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator to support home health operations. This role is responsible for managing clinician scheduling, coordinating staffing coverage, and supporting day-to-day communication between intake teams and field clinicians.

This is a fully onsite position supporting a fast-paced home health environment focused on ensuring patients receive timely and consistent care in the field.

Public - Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and screen incoming patient calls to address staffing and scheduling needs
• Answer and manage incoming calls from patients, providing timely assistance, updates, and information
• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly schedules for field clinicians
• Coordinate staffing coverage based on patient needs, clinician availability, and urgency of care
• Collaborate closely with field staff, intake teams, and internal coordinators to ensure seamless scheduling
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and urgent needs to clinicians in real time
• Support operational continuity by ensuring adequate staffing coverage for home health visits

Public - Required Skills

• Healthcare experience required (home health experience strongly preferred)
• Scheduling, staffing, or administrative coordination experience required
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone-based coordination and multitasking required)
• Ability to manage high-volume scheduling and shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous home health or field-based care coordination experience
• Experience working in intake, dispatch, or patient scheduling environments
• Familiarity with clinician scheduling workflows and territory-based assignments
• Experience working in fast-paced healthcare operations or call center environments
