Status: Direct Hire / Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 Sign-On Bonus
✅ Role Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated Registered Nurse to manage our Workers’ Compensation (WC) program in compliance with OSHA and state laws. This position requires a candidate who can take ownership of the workspace, follow implicit instructions, and maintain the high professional standards expected in a corporate environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage work-related injuries and exposures, ensuring timely medical documentation and supporting employees through the return-to-work process.
- Compliance & Advocacy: Submit reportable claims to insurance vendors and serve as a medical resource to supervisors regarding diagnoses and care plans.
- Program Oversight: Investigate suspected fraud, maintain reporting metrics, and ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Occupational Health Medical Director on treatment strategies and facilitate Fitness for Duty evaluations.
- Operational Support: Cross-train to support Leave of Absence (LOA) specialists and rotate on-call for after-hours response.
✅ Requirements:
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Certification: Active BLS.
- Experience: Proven experience in Occupational Health nursing or a Workers’ Compensation-focused nursing role is required.
