Pharmacy Technician/Dispensing Technician - Full-Time | Onsite | Eau Claire, WI

We are currently hiring a full-time, onsite Pharmacy Technician to support our mission of ensuring safe, timely medication delivery to patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking a stable and growth-oriented role in a supportive healthcare environment.
Schedule & Shifts
This position rotates between three shifts, so open availability between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM is required:
Opening Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Middle Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Closing Shift: 9:30 AM - Close (typically 6:00 PM, but may extend to 7:00-7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Accurately count, seal, and label prescription cards.
Pull medications and match NDC numbers with prescription labels.
Return and restock inventory properly.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Support inventory control processes, including handling credits.
Meet production and quality standards.
Operate pharmacy systems with training provided.
Complete all mandatory and regulatory training.
Perform additional duties as needed.
