Medix is looking for a sophisticated and seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Health division. In this high-visibility role, you will spearhead high-priority virtual care initiatives that are central to our digital transformation strategy. This is not just a tactical role; it is a strategic position requiring executive-level presence and the ability to navigate a rapidly expanding healthcare footprint.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive the full project lifecycle for complex telehealth and digital health programs, from initial discovery through execution and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of cutting-edge platforms, specifically focusing on KeyCare and integrated virtual care ecosystems.
• Act as the primary bridge between clinical leaders, IT operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Facilitate the organizational transition from Microsoft PPM/PWA to ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and process adoption.
• Provide project leadership during health system acquisitions and the introduction of next-generation AI and digital health programs.
• Maintain a clear, proactive communication cadence, delivering "executive-ready" updates to sponsors and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of dedicated Project Management experience, specifically within a large-scale Healthcare PMO.
• Recent, hands-on experience implementing Telehealth or Virtual Care solutions
• Experience managing complex portfolios within PPM tools (ServiceNow experience is a major plus).
