Qualifications:You May Be an Ideal Candidate If…
You are dependable, enjoy working with others, and are ready to jump in wherever needed. Previous restaurant experience isn’t required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Server Assistant, you’ll support our restaurant team and help create an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service.
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery.
- Refill water and replenish utensils, glassware, and supplies.
- Keep dining areas and service stations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with opening, closing, and basic food preparation as needed.
- Work as part of the team and anticipate where help is needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler Certificate.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A Few Important Details
Position: Server Assistant
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Employment: Part-Time | Year-Round
Rate: $15.00 per hour plus tips/gratuities
This position requires availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Club events, and designated Club blackout dates.
