Reports to: Housekeeping Manager

Rate: $18/hr

Timeframe: Full-time, year-round. 6am-2:30pm Friday through Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off).

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of our private country club environment. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming, safe, and high-quality environment for our members and guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all interior spaces, including locker rooms, restrooms, dining areas, offices, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Restock supplies (toiletries, towels, paper products) as needed.
• Handle waste removal and recycling in accordance with club standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor entryways and patios as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support special events with setup and cleanup duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (hospitality or private club setting a plus but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, and some holidays as needed.
