About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our team as an ICU Nurse on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients in our ICU unit. Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS or must obtain within 30 days of hire date
- ACLS certification or must obtain within 1 year of hire date.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting
- CCRN certification
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions and responding to changes in status
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
