Job Description:
Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Certified or Registered Medical Assistant/CMA or RMA (Audiology)
- Required: ability to perform ear wax cleanings via irrigation
This is a PART TIME/TEMPORARY position for the months of November/December requiring availability between the hours of 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 3 Days per week on average - Number of Hours/Days can vary based on numbers of residents to see at each facility and how many facilities can be scheduled in a day. This is an ON THE ROAD POSITION with client facilities located throughout the greater Richmond area. Reliable transportation is required: There is Compensation for Mileage.
Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life of a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant/CMA or RMA:
- You will focus on providing high quality care to nursing home residents in the greater Roanoke area and beyond as part of a healthcare team. Scheduling tailored to Provider's availability.
Requirements for the Certified or Registered Medical Assistant/CMA or RMA:
- Perform ear wax cleanings on nursing home residents via irrigation
- Work with nursing home staff to see residents
- Maintain patient medical records and sending completed treatment notes to MCA
- Ability to pass background check
Qualifications for the Certified or Registered Medical Assistant/CMA or RMA:
- Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Certified Medical Assistant
- Able to perform ear wax cleaning
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for scheduled visits
- Must be diligent in treatment practices
- Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryWork Location: On the road
Benefits:
- $18.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON YOUR LEVEL AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
