What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP Sales Healthcare SaaS Post-Acute Care Player/Coach position at Medical Talent Pros?
Healthcare SaaS | Post-Acute Care | Remote
About the Company
We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company transforming how post-acute care providers manage employee onboarding, compliance, and education. Our fully managed compliance platform serves more than 1,000 skilled nursing facilities across 30 states, hundreds of home care agencies, and a growing number of ABA providers.
Unlike traditional learning management systems, we don't simply provide software—we become an extension of our clients' teams by managing employee onboarding, compliance tracking, education, and ongoing regulatory requirements.
Our clients include some of the nation's largest post-acute providers, and we compete with established companies in healthcare compliance and workforce training. We have an outstanding culture, exceptionally low employee turnover, and are entering our next phase of growth.
