Administrative Coordinator
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, entry-level position. In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to support day-to-day recruiting and administrative activities and help ensure an efficient, positive experience throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with candidates and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support various hiring and recruiting activities.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Recruiting Manager and recruiting team.
- Schedule candidate interviews, calls, and other recruiting-related appointments.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across applicable job boards and recruiting platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information in the applicant tracking system/database.
- Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards and other recruiting resources as needed.
- Communicate with candidates and assist with coordinating the hiring process.
- Assist with organizing recruiting events, hiring events, and job fairs.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events to network with prospective candidates.
- Perform other administrative and recruiting-related duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates and colleagues.
