Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pharmacy Advisor Representative I to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting members, prescribers, and pharmacists within a specially developed clinical program. You’ll help patients manage their medications, educate them on program benefits, and provide guidance to improve their overall health outcomes.
This position involves both outbound and inbound calls to assist patients with medication refills, answer basic questions, and coordinate with consulting pharmacists when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients and handle inbound return calls regarding medication refills and program participation.
- Educate members on the value and purpose of the clinical program and client-related messages.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and help members navigate the medication ordering process.
- Transfer members with clinical inquiries to consulting pharmacists as needed.
- Support fax-based requests and assist other clinical service teams as required.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage time efficiently while meeting individual performance goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (high-volume environments preferred).
- Strong communication and empathy skills when interacting with members and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Basic data entry and intermediate math skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting preferred (knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terms is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be able to read, interpret, and follow policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or GED required.
