Job Summary
Medical Professionals is seeking a Compliance Coordinator (Contract – 6 Months) to support our client’s national certification program. This role ensures all Veterans Affairs (VA) certification requirements are met by managing reports, auditing certification records, and maintaining compliance within required timelines.
This position is remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven team supporting healthcare providers nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and track certification and re-certification records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor completion and expiration timelines.
- Audit certification files against master records and communicate findings to management.
- Notify and follow up with providers regarding upcoming certification expirations.
- Apply recertification rules and manage certification status every 3 years.
- Organize and maintain training and audit documentation.
- Assist with responses to compliance inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Provide timely updates and support certification audit preparation.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of administrative or compliance/credentialing experience preferred.
- Experience with LMS or data tracking systems is a plus.
- Must successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time
