Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, social media content, and advertising materials that align with brand strategy and objectives.
- Design logos, icons, layouts, and visual assets using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Figma.
- Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects, video editing tools, and animation techniques to enhance multimedia projects.
- Produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, and photo manipulations that support marketing initiatives and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling presentations, layouts for print advertising, signage manufacturing projects, and web design elements.
- Manage visual design projects from concept through production, ensuring consistency in color management, typography, layout design, and overall aesthetic quality.
- Contribute to UI/UX design efforts by creating wireframes and prototypes using InVision or similar tools for websites built on WordPress or other content management systems.
- Stay current with industry trends in graphic design, digital art, motion graphics, and web development to continually bring fresh ideas into projects.
- Assist in photo shoots or photography sessions when needed to capture images that align with campaign themes or branding guidelines.
- Support the production process by preparing files for print or sign manufacturing while maintaining strict adherence to color theory and typesetting standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, digital art, motion graphics, and web design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects; familiarity with Sketch, CorelDRAW; experience with Figma for UI/UX design; knowledge of InVision is a plus.
- Solid understanding of color management systems, typography principles, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for web design integration; familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
- Strong illustration skills along with photo manipulation expertise; ability to create compelling visual narratives through digital art.
- Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes or production design is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
