We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing medical device company. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and distributors while supporting order processing, shipment coordination, returns management, and cross-functional communication.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the medical device industry and collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
- Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments
- Provide order status updates and assist with billing-related questions
- Manage customer records, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate communication between customers, distributors, and internal teams
- Support the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, including tracking and resolution
- Assist with distributor onboarding, training, and documentation
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer service and operational efficiency
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, or a related role
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience with ERP, CRM, NetSuite, or order management systems is a plus
- A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment

Annual Compensation:$65,000 – $85,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)
