As part of the Medical Group of ChristianaCare's (MGCC) executive leadership team, this position will have full operational oversight over several MG Service Lines. The VP will use their expertise and influence to develop and execute the operational, strategic, clinician workforce, and capital plans for their respective divisions in alignment with the goals and aspirations of the MGCC.
Leadership within an employed Medical Group where one has a proven track record of successful strategic Service Line growth through labor driven metric management within a production-based compensation model is highly desirable. As is direct oversight of over 150 employed providers in a Medical Group / Service Line(s) setting.
