Job Title: Physician Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to conduct medical examinations for various customers, including federal and defense entities. As a contracted Physician Assistant with Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of service members.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams for various customers, including pre-employment and annual physicals.
- Complete written medical opinions based on provided medical records/information.
- Provide primary medical evaluations, including review of systems, pap smear, and range of motion.
- Document examinee records in appropriate systems.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university or college.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Unrestricted medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice in the state of hire.
- Valid BLS OR ACLS certification.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible schedule with appointments typically scheduled 5-7 days in advance.
Compensation provided for each examination, payment determined by specific requirements and type of examination performed.
