Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Tustin, CA. The Account Manager will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely to understand their medical equipment needs and provide tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, driving sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, supporting rental and purchase transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, account management, and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with medical equipment and healthcare solutions is highly desirable
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the medical equipment field or healthcare industry is an advantage
