Role Description
This is a commission-only, 1099 sales representative position. As a Sales Representative, you will focus on identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships within the medical equipment industry. Primary responsibilities include prospecting new leads, conducting client meetings, presenting MED’s services and products, negotiating sales agreements, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends and customer feedback to recommend suitable solutions and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship building and customer service
- Knowledge of medical equipment and understanding of the healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, as well as basic knowledge of maintaining sales records
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work on-site in Tustin, CA
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
