What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Engineering & Maintenance Technician position at Medical Devices Manufacturing?
Locations: California & Ohio
Industry: Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences
We are looking for hands-on technicians with strong experience supporting HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utility, and facility systems in GMP-regulated environments.
Key Skills & Experience:
HVAC troubleshooting & maintenance
Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
Refrigerant charging/evacuation experience
Coil unit replacement experience
Boiler, chiller, and utility systems support
CMMS/work order system experience
Ability to read electrical schematics & P&IDs
GMP documentation & regulated industry experience
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Experience in Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred
EPA 608 Certification is a plus
Carrier and/or Aaon HVAC experience is highly desired
