About the Role
Montana Gastroenterology is seeking a compassionate, professional Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to join our patient‑centered, ambulatory clinic. This is a full-time position offering excellent work/life balance and the opportunity to support high‑quality care in an elite Gastroenterology practice.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and record vitals
- Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Complete chart prep and data entry
- Handle prior authorizations and medication refills
Qualifications
- Current RMA/CMA license (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience (Preferred)
- Respectful, compassionate, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently
