We have cancer care, orthopedics, surgical and women's services for our patients. Job Summary And Qualifications
Requires basic understanding of dysrythmias. Mastery of the English language and requires knowledge, ability, and judgment to:
- Make critical rhythm interpretations
- Communicate rhythm changes to staff nurse or charge nurse.
- Numerical ability to make simple arithmetic calculations
- Apply basic understanding of the function and inter-relationship of each hospital department.
- Organize and complete work assigned
- Anticipate the needs of physicians, nurses and other hospital departments
- Communicate the needs of patient, families and visitors in a professional and timely manner recognizing life threatening signs and symptoms of heart attack, stroke and respiratory distress.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
