This California based organization is expanding and taking share in a $1.5B Southern California market. We represent leading equipment lines across construction and material handling.
We are looking for someone who can go win business, develop new accounts, and grow a territory from the ground up.

Compensation
- Base Salary: ~$50,000
- Performance-Based Commission Plan (Uncapped)
Earnings are driven by a combination of:
- New equipment sales
- Rental revenue
- Used equipment and fleet sales
Earning Potential (Year 1):
- $100K = solid year
- $125 - 150K = strong performance
- $175K = top-tier production
This is Year 1 earning potential. Income grows as you build your territory, develop repeat customers, and increase rental and replacement cycles.
Compensation is structured to outperform typical dealer plans by rewarding both new business development and long-term account growth.
