What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Assistant position at Medical Associates Clinic?
Medical Associates is hiring a Laboratory Assistant to be a dynamic member of our Lab team! This position will provide assistance to staff and management to ensure efficient processes and quality reporting.
Schedule: Hours are between 6:30am and 5pm with some flexibility.
Location: Medical Associates East Campus

- Compile, verify, and enter lab result data into corresponding systems.
- Provide as-needed coverage at our reception desk
- Compile and organize data, results, and reports needed for internal and external department use. This may include but not limited to processing/filing data or paperwork, verifying information and organizing and preparing materials for team members or supervisors to review.
- Creating spreadsheets, documents, and/or databases. Developing/revising forms
- Organize data storage areas, both electronic and physical.
- Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
